Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Jeswel House of Clothing. This policy explains when you can return or exchange an item and how refunds work.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as:

• the item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered;
• all original tags are still attached;
• you have your order number or proof of purchase.

Items we cannot take back

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Suits or garments that were tailored or altered at your request.
• Items bought on final sale or clearance, where this was stated at the time of purchase.

Wrong size or faulty items

If you received the wrong size, the wrong item or an item with a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will exchange it for the correct item or refund you, and we will cover the cost of returning it.

How to start a return

1. Call or message us on 0881210652 or email swel@jeswelhouse.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Bring the item to our store at Elwa Road, Paynesville, opposite the hospital, or arrange a pickup with us.
3. We will check the item and confirm your exchange or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid in Liberian dollars (LRD) using the same method you paid with, or as store credit if you prefer. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check the item. Delivery fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
