Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we deliver orders placed on jeswelhouse.com.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Monrovia and Greater Monrovia in Montserrado County. For other parts of Liberia, contact us before ordering so we can confirm if we can deliver and arrange the cost. We do not currently ship outside Liberia.

Delivery times

• Monrovia and Paynesville: 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Other areas in Montserrado: 2 to 4 business days.
• Other counties: arranged individually, usually 3 to 7 business days depending on transport.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by road conditions, weather and transport availability.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on your location and are shown at checkout or confirmed by us before we dispatch your order. All prices and fees are in Liberian dollars (LRD).

Store pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from our store at Elwa Road, Paynesville, opposite the hospital. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a valid ID.

Checking your order

Please check your items when they arrive. If something is wrong, damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours on 0881210652 or at swel@jeswelhouse.com so we can fix it.

Failed deliveries

If we cannot reach you or no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. A second delivery attempt may carry an extra fee.
